MicroAccess was the 1st company in the world to implement the ISO 27001: 2013 and the 2nd company in Nigeria to implement ISO 20000:2011. We became certified for both standards in the year 2014, after the audit and maintained the certification for 3 years. We again applied for a renewal in 2017, attained the certification in 2017 and maintained the certification for another 3 years.  

MicroAccess has since integrated these standard practices into our operations such that by running our daily operations, we are complying to the requirements of the standards.
